Richard and Margarita Schreiber join the show to talk about business models and products that target a specific community (including themselves) and respond to a great need: help for families touched by autism.
A longtime tech expert, Richard is building a sustainable business model around autism resource fairs to drive innovation and connection in the community, and highlight non-pharma alternatives to families living with autism. Margarita shares insights on natural products, such as Doterra essential oils, and how newer products are helping with all-natural solutions.
Tune in live on March 24th at noon CT!
More about NYC Autism Community
[NYC Autism Community wants] to create a space where families with autistic children can come to an event with their kids and speak openly with other like parents and exchange ideas and experiences. Families can also have access to expert resources and talk about some of the issues they are facing so they don’t have to feel alone. But most importantly, we learn more about our autistic children by speaking to other autistic people and children in the community.
[NYC Autism Community aims] to help families celebrate their autistic children for their uniqueness and for being different hosting events, indoors and outdoors with safe events that inspire their children and help them to bond with other children just like them.
NYC Autism Community was formed by a father of an 11 year old autistic child and a special needs expert that really care about creating a lasting community to make a difference in our children on the spectrum and to empower their parents to help navigate the waters and enjoy the ride.
